High res pdf files are the best option but we work from most professional design/desktop publishing packages inc..QuarkXpress, Powerpoint, Coreldraw, Illustrator CS2, Freehand etc.Contact us if you need artwork produced or wish to check your artwork is suitable. This upload feature works on all platforms. Please see notes below regarding Safari on the Mac.

Users on Mac This upload function works fine on both PC and Mac. Safari on the Mac will not show the progress bar working but your file upload will still be sent to us. This will be fixed soon. Please allow safari to upload your file and wait until you are directed to a 'upload success' page. If you do not get a success page, it usually means you have aborted before the upload has finished or your connection has dropped out. Large files can take a while depending on your connection speed. You should also get an automated email confirmation of your upload and we are also notified of your file upload as soon as it arrives... We will hold your file for 48 hours. If you decide not to proceed with an order we shall delete the file. Certain file types have been disabled from uploading for security reasons. |

We link your uploaded file with an order by your email so please be assured that any file you upload will be linked to your order and payment. Once you have uploaded your file, please proceed to the relevant page and order your posters or banners.You will also be asked to enter your uploaded file name in the checkout (except google checkout! ) Only one filename will do if you have sent multiple files and if your not ordering posters, just enter 'none'. If you have already paid, please enter your Romancart order number in the appropriate box.
