Use the code we sent to check your order status.

If we have sent you an order despatched confirmation email, we will have included a tracking code. If you did not receive a confirmation email it may be in your spam folder! Log in with your RC number and email and get the tracking number we have saved. Use the links here to trace your package. For Interparcel, this will be a tracking number (on your despatch confirmation email) and for Royal mail, enter the tracking code we send you on the confirmation email.

Orders with hardware such as hanging rails, A-Frames and banner stands may take a couple of days and we cannot guarentee next day despatch. Please contact us first if your order is urgent so we can check our stock.
